Dupuytren’s hands in cross stitch

In April 2023, Anna Schurer decided to  create some cross stitch pictures of Dupuytren’s hands. An appeal for pictures that could be used went out on Facebook, and patients were happy to provide pictures. The resulting pieces are shown here.

The finished pieces were sent out to hand units in the UK that deal with Dupuytren’s disease, to remind everyone that there is a Dupuytren’s Society.

As the pictures were ready and sent out, they were put on this page. The project took a year to complete.
